What Causes Sweating In An Infant?

My 10 month old suddenly developed a fever 99 .9 to 102.4. His head neck and back were the only part of his y hot. Other parts of his body felt normal. His been irritable, not sleeping well, lack of appetite too. His lymph nodes in the back of the head and ears all swollen. He seems weak but tries hrad to remain active. I gave him tylenol and his temperature seems better the next day at 98.9. Day 2 of Tylenol, he went to sleep but woke up early crying, temperature now 96.4 and sweating. He was cranky for a while until I fed him yogurt and he went back to sleep. His temperature remains low and sweating but, his breathing and heart rate seems fine.
