Thank you for your question! Regarding your tasks in the garden it seems that it doesn't represent a nice profile for your peripheral blood circulation; when you say that you usually keep working with your lower limbs bended for a long time, you have to know that it predisposes for stasis of your blood in the lower extremity vessels; and if some other conditions are meet( like previous vein problem (varicose, insufficiency, etc) it may be a source of thrombosis and embolisms which may risk your health by compromising your lung and heart functions; so the best thing to do is to consult immediately your doctor (GP) for a physical examination including your vital parameters and peripheral circulation status and if it is necessary some lab tests to exclude vessel problems first and any evidence or suspicion of embolism. Avoid those forceful positions at the garden in the future.
Hope to have been useful.
