What Causes Sulfur Smelling Burps Followed By Nausea And Diarrhea?

Hi, I m trying to help my dad who is 61 years old for some answers. He started having sulfur smelling burps then nausea, bloating followed by diarrhea. These symptoms have lasted about 24hrs now, hasnt really vomited but said he did kinda have some come up in his mouth a little. He now states that his stomach is very tender to the touch. What could be causing this

I really appreciate your concern, symptoms could be related with hallucination but also need to be ruled out for systemic disease as long as the liver and biliary pathology are concern, till the he can be given Tab Chlorpromazine 10 mg three times in day (Medical examination is must prior to administer this drug) hope this information helps.
