What Causes Sudden Weight Loss?
Hello, I have lost a couple of pounds over the last few months, but I have not been trying, In fact the way that I have been eating I should have put on weight. I have not been active either. Could there be something wrong. I sometimes feel like my food is not digesting and I have little energy.

You have problem of sudden weight loss problem that may be because of thyroid problem.
In hyperthyroidism sudden weight loss occur.
Check your t4 and t3 level.
