What Causes Sudden Rise In BP?

I am 33 yrs old (height 172 cm wt - 94 kg) regularly exercising and dieting to reduce weight. Recently my BP has gone up to 148/100 (last two days). All other lipid profile tests are normal. This is the first time I am facing high BP problem. What could be the reason and what should I do?

hi,
i would recommend you to continue with your cardiac diet, and lifestyle modification techniques, while keep strict record of your blood pressure, especially during rest. If your blood pressure at rest repeatedly remains higher side i.e. above 140/90, consult your primary physician.

Regards
