What Causes Sudden Pain In The Abdomen?

I have been experiencing severe sudden pain in my stomach and abdomin. Eating anything, even just a few bites causes pain that stops me in my tracks. No diarrhea, no constipation, no fever. Started last night and has not gone away completely even an hour.

Thanks for asking.
Pain in abdomen since last night.. increases woth eating anything can be due to hyperacidity .Probably due to fasting,over eating spicy food, or
Over indulgence with alcohol last night.
You can take a pill of aRanitin 300mg over the cou ter for reliefalso take nonspicy light food.. cold milk helps.Consult your doctor in case problem remains /recurs.
