Hi,
Without being physically examining the patient and take a meticulous examination, presently all I can say is that it might be either a Cardiovascular or Neurological symptom.
- Check blood pressure, neck movements.[X-ray Cervical Spine]
- Refer to Cardiologist to look for pallor and murmur and EKG.
- Get an Ophthalmic and ENT check up: [Ask for cochlear [
deafness / tinnitus] and vestibular [vertigo/nystagmus] symptoms.
- Check with baseline investigations like CBC [complete blood count], blood sugar.
- Check whether any drug that the patient is taking is causing sedation, till then provide symptomatic relief with:
- Cap.
becosules [B complex: twice daily
- Injection. Neurobion: 2cc IM [every alternate day] for 5-10 days.
- Tablet Cinnarzine /
Prochlorperazine till giddiness is controlled.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
