What Causes Sudden Neck Spasms Along With Extreme Jaw Pain And Vomiting?

my normally healthy 24 yr old son is experiencinssg sudden onset of neck spasms along with extreme jaw pain and vomiting. at the ER the ran ct scan which came back ok but no blood work, they said he had a concusion. they sent him home with antivomiting meds. I am looking for different reasons this might be happening.

Hello,

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated. A CT scan is required to look for any possible intracranial causes even though it is unlikely.
