my husband was public speaking today and totally lost his thought process and the ability to read or process thought for about 20 seconds.. Before he left the house this morn he also had a loss of thought episode.. Describes it as not just loss of words but the inability to think at all clearly.. (he says he can feel it coming on) Please advise.. He has also noticed one eye is much blurrier than the other (he is at the age for reading glasses) 43..
