What Causes Sudden Leg Pain And Stomach Pain In A Child?
I have a daughter 8 yrs old with sudden leg pain( no injuries ) and pain in left side of stomach and side of back with fever of 103.4. It comes down with Tylenol but goes right back up in a few hrs. She doesn t like to walk but will if she has to. She has had this for 24hrs now. What should I do?

Regarding your child symptoms of leg pain and left side stomach pain with associated fever I am suggesting that she has the following differential diagnosis
Sprain
Peptic ulcer disease
Renal disease
In view of this please let her do the following test
Abdominal scan
Endoscopy
Leg x-ray
Meanwhile please see an orthopaedic as well as gastroenterologist specialist with the results and for further clinical evaluation as well as adequate drug prescription
