What Causes Sudden Jamming Of Leg While Walking And Involuntary Shaking At Night?

I am suffering from Blehprospasm since 1970 . It results in intermittent closure / drop of eye-lids & loss of speech , along with few other movement disorders.

I had consulted doctors in GB Pant and AIIMS hospitals in Delhi and based on their advice, had taken 5 doses of Botox Injection between 2000- 2006.

The situation did not improve much even after these injections.

For about 2 years, while walking, I get a feeling that my feet are jammed and not able to move forward and need pull from somebody. Also there is involuntary movement of my right arm towards left many a times (intermittent)

While sleeping in night, many a times my right leg starts shaking

Please advise
