What Causes Sudden Irregularity And Delay In Menstrual Cycles?
I am 23 years old and up until 3 months ago had regular 28 day menstrual cycles. In October my period did not come until 33 days and then 22 days and now am waiting for my period and it has been 35 days. I did a at home pregnancy test which came back negative. Any guesses to what is happening

Some minor changes in the frequency of the periods can happen and most of the times no specific cause is identified and in some cases, stress or over-exercising can contribute.
To help with it you can take oral contraception for 3 months and generally, this helps return the cycle into more regular ones.
