What Causes Sudden Intermittent Knee Pain And Soreness In Calf Area?
I have no recent injury or knowledge of possible cause of these symptoms. Sudden and intermittent stabbing/sharp severe debilitating left outside (lateral?) knee pain that last 2-10 seconds. Feels like around where joint is on that side. Happens more when I cross legs or feet out in front of me. Today I also have soreness in left calf made worse when bending forward to touch toes. Seems to be getting worse but doing nothing to my knowledge to aggravate anything.
Hi Welcome to healthcaremagic I have gone through your query and understand your concern. These pains can be due to vitamin D3 deficiency. As vitamin D3 deficiency is important cause of unexplained pains. You can get your vitamin D level and if found low you can take its supplements. You may be benefitted by multivitamins and trace elements supplements. For pain relief you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen. You can further investigate yourself by MRI of knee joint.
