What Causes Sudden Headache, Goosebumps Throughout Body And Pain In Teeth?

I was trying to sleep when all of a sudden my head started hurting, I had goosebumps all over my body, I felt so uncomfortable. My teeth were in a lot of pain but I know that is because or my braces.I also have sort of a queasy feeling in my stomach. But I felt stressed out! I don't have anything to stress out about but I cannot sleep and I feel as if I have a shortness of breath. My pulse is 55 beats per minute if that helps but I cannot sleep and I need to know what's going on!! Please help me.

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern.

There are two things that are causing such symptoms .

Firstly the symptoms like headache , goosebumps and stomach disturbance are probably occurring due to migraine . These symptoms are very commonly associated with migraine .

Secondly the pain in teeth is probably due to braces . sometimes due body take dental appliance like foreign body and react to it or sometimes the sharp edges of braces cause pain in gums and teeth .

I would suggest you to consult neurosurgeon for migraine problem .

Doctor will examine you properly by takinh history ,ordering CT scan and MRI .

Doctor may prescribe drugs like vasograin or beta blocker like propranolol .

Also consult orthodontist for correction of your braces . Doctor will grind the sharp edges or give you mild immunosuppressants .

Till then take anti histamine drug like benadryl .

Take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .

Do hydrogen peroxide rinses mix with equal amount of water twice a day .
