What Causes Sudden Fatigue, Mild Headache And Burning Sensation On Face?

Suddenly, with no apparent immediately preceding potential cause, such as eating or exercising, I feel fatigue, a slight headache, a kind of general malaise and then a severe burning of my face in what appears to be an attack of rosacea. Are rosacea flare-ups accompanied by other symptoms such as these?

hi sir, welcome to HCG, i understand ur problem, rosacea causes blood vessels in the face expand, redness, triggers. Common triggers are exercise, sun and wind exposure, hot climate, chilly ,food, alcohol, stress etc hope u satisfy with my answer, thank u
