General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Probably he might have developed an attack of syncope.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

We have to rule out possible cardiac causes even though it is unlikely.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
