What Causes Sudden Dizziness, Sweating And Tingling Sensation In Fingers And Toes?
Last night I had a strange attack. I got suddenly dizzy then started to sweat. I thought I was going to be sick and felt like if I moved I was going to puke. So I stayed like that just trying not to be sick. While this was going on my fingers and toes were tingling and I could feel my heartbeat in my groin where my artery is. Can you give me any ideas of what this might be. This is the second attack I ve had like this. I finally called my sister to help me to be sure I didn t pass out while I was walking toward the bed. Went to sleep and now still feel a bit nauseous. Can you tell me how to begin to find out what might be going on?

it appears to be a panic attack.
but any way get a ECG done & get a cardiologist opinion
if normal Psychiatric causes can be evaluated later. Dont worry if no medica cause could be found out ,Antianxiety drugs along with counselling will improve you.
