My son is 12 and plays a lot of sport,10 days ago he cam home form football and said he felt dizzy. It also appeared that he hadnt drunk enough fluids and appeared to be somewhat dehydarted. My wife took him to the doctor and they tested him for most things heart, blood pressure, lundgs etc and he said that it was all ok. Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Children, usually at this age, will be anxious about health. Mainly because they are knowing more and more about health in their school curricula and from family members. Whenever they feel any sort of physical problems, the tend to be obsessive about it, even though they seem to be uninterested.

As the doctor had said, there is nothing to worry about, there should not be anything to worry. The child could have got the dizziness onto his head and is obsessed with it. Unless he is fully satisfied, he will be showing the signs of anxiety. I suggest, after the doctors consultation, if nothing wrong, please arrange for a health counseling session with a psychologist.
