What Causes Sudden Bruises On Feet With Shoe All Time?

Hey there. Well all of a sudden I just started to get these random bruises on the sole of my feet, they don t hurt but appear as bruises. I have shoes that are tight on my feet so I was thinking maybe that may be the cause but I m not sure. What s your thoughts on it?

Hello,
This is Dr. Papaqako answering your question.

In general bruises are not common in that area of the skin, because the skin is rough for the blood to go through the tissue and cause bruise.

Something that may be though, is Chilblains, which is an abnormal response of the skin to the cold. They are small, itchy, painful lumps that develop on the skin.
They usually go away over 7-14 days, by themselves. Keep your feet moisturized and warm in the cold weather. If you smoke then you should try to stop, as smoking can make chilblains worse.

Hope this helps,
Take care.
