General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you were having a fever and it is possible to sign of infection. The other symptoms you were having suggests of flu or common cold except for hallucinations.

Hallucinations may possibly be caused as a side effect of the drugs you are taking tramadol or lyrica.

If you still are having hallucinations you should consider visiting a neurologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
