What Causes Sudden Acne Breakout On The Face?

Hi..m settled in Canada since 2 years and right now on a visit to India for a wedding. Within a week of landing here I m getting regular breakouts.. Bad pimples which are also leaving marks on my face. Have consulted a doctor who ha a suggested me azithral 500 and zipac 20 along with C span and appledaz medicine. The old pimples are healing but still new ones are also popping up. M very much stressed don knw what to do. I used to get just one or two pimples maximum on my face when I was in Canada and that too also very very rare. M here in India for one more month. Please help.

As per your complain acne can occur due to causes like Hormonal imbalance, clogged pores, bacterial infection, inflammation, oily skin, side effects of skin cosmetics or medications etc..
You are given a course of antibiotics and anti acne medications for faster resolution..
The medications given to you , that is azithral antibiotic, zipac is hepatoprotective or detoxifying medicine, along with Cspan that is Vitamin C and Appledaz is a multivitamin formulation..
The medications are appropriate and you can continue taking them for faster clearing the pimples..
You can also apply ointments containing Clindamycin and Benzoyl peroxide over the pimples..
You can apply Adapelene gel at night..
You should wash your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash..
Do cool compresses over the pimples..
Avoid oily food and drink plenty of water..
Limit sun exposure and apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
