my friend was castrated as a kid, and now he passes for a 14-year-old boy even though he's in his 20's. i know early castration makes the person taller than average, but he is about 5 feet tall with average height parents. it just doesn't make sense. is he just naturally short and blessed with a baby face? are there any disorders that would make him this way? he has other problems that seem unrelated. his skin is thin and bruises really easily, his chest sometimes bleeds when pressure is put on it, and he seems to be innately innocent no matter what the situation. he also acts like he has a school boy crush on one of the girls at my school. any ideas why he's like this? is it a dangerous condition?
