What Causes Strips Of White Skin In The Urine?

Hi, I keep seeing this clear stringy mucous in my urine. And when I look at it, it almost looks like flakes of white skin. The pieces are pretty large sometimes and I'm starting to get a bit worried. I'm 17 and I just finished my period about 1 day ago. I saw the same type of mucous before my period started, but I am seeing it more now. And the pieces are not getting any smaller.
