Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hi,

By your history and description, the possibility of gastric ulcer related stomach pain and blood in stool are more likely.

So immediately consult a gastroenterologist and get done a clinical examination, upper GI (gastrointestinal) scopy and ultrasound examination of the abdomen.

You may need intravenous fluid, intravenous antacid and blood transfusion (if hemoglobin is low).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar,
