What Causes Stomachache Along With Mood Swings, Backache And Leg Cramps?

My name is bongiwe khumalo, I had unprotected sex on 10this month, I woke up maybe at 12pm my stomach was killing me until now, I had my period at 13 this month as expected but I m still feel like it s still coming, I m so tired, mood swings, heartburn, feet/legs cramps, back pain, stomach bloats/cramps, my breast feel so hot, what s wrong?

Hello....
The symptoms that you were having are suggestive of premenstrual cramps. It is normal to get such pain along with the other symptoms you have mentioned before the onset of a period and even during its course.
It would help if you could tell me whether you are taking a contraceptive pill.
If your symptoms pass over, them there is nothing to worry about. However if it is persistent then it would be advisable to consult your local doctor who could give you a proper physical check and lab tests if required.
