What Causes Stomach Pain With Diarrhea And Weight Loss?

I had a rude awakening caused by intense lower stomach pains at 5:00a.m. this morning. I tried to fight through it and ignore them...didn t work. I m feeling sick to my stomach and had diareah. For the past few months i ve had this problem...Ive recently taken acutane and put whey protein off for awhile as wel, i ve lost 17 pounds since graduation in June...Not sure if this could be a cause

Hi,

It is because of diarrheas you have lost weight from nutrient deficiency.

Your problem is from infections like parasitic, bacterial, inflammatory bowel disease or any growth.

You need to report the emergency room for evaluation.

You may be required for stool tests, ultrasound, endoscopy and according to the cause, appropriate drug therapy can be initiated.
