i am in remission apml leukemia gallbald remove have huge herina while passing stool annus closes . i a getting sharp right upper pain from centre belly button goig to side in the back. worse when food reaches stomache sharp pain . then goes away but server pain is contance.
Abdominal pain in myeloid leukemia patients may be due to abdomen infections, neutropenic enterocolitis, stomach infiltration, or Oregon enlargement lead to pain. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.
Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking, caffeine drinks, and freeze water. Gastric ulcer may present with pain abdomen after taking food.
If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.
