What Causes Stomach Pain Right After Food Intake?

Hey doc, i have stomach pain right after eating food, I have done endoscopy it was normal & also CBC, the cbc report shows platelet 120.0 ( I guess it s less). Also done typhoid test and thphi DOT was negative but salmonella thphi H(TH) is reactive 1:80... Also I have mind fever once a day from last three days please advice what to do????

As per my clinical experience, the stomach pain right after food intake do suggest underlying gastitis condition through salmonella typhi bug. The secondary fall in platelet counts is secondary to underlying salmonella infection. My guidelines at present:
- Consume more liquids in sessions
- Eat small, frequent meals with time interval of 30 minutes
- Avoid all spices, non veg, junk foods till recovery
- Regular walking, exercises
- Meditations and YOGA
- Avoid smoking, alcohol if consuming
- Intake of proton pump inhibitor as dexrabeprazole, GI specific antibiotics as rifaximin, metronidazole, anti pyretic as paracetamol, anti spasmodic as dicyclomine or drotaverine
- Control of blood pressure and blood sugar
