What Causes Stomach Pain Radiating To The Back?

Hello , the other night my stomach was hurting and went all the way around to my back it felt like labor pains but i know I am not pregnant I had a hyst. years ago and am now 50 , could this be gas caused by too much fiber through the day or something more serious?

I really appreciate your concern, abdomen pain may have several reasons or causes depends upon the site of pain, like it could be due to infection and colic it may be renal colic, biliary colic, it could be stone condition, these all needs differentiation till then tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen can be tried.
