For symptomatic relief you should take liquid diet and soft diet. Strictly avoid spicy and heavy food. For stomach pain you can take antispasmodic drug like metal spas, for nausea you can take odensatron which is available as mouth dissolving tablet also and for diarrhoea you can take enterogerminia liquid to balance your bacterial flora of intestine. And should start antibiotic like combination of ofloxaxin and ornidazole. So immediately consult gastroenterosurgeon, get investigated and start treatment accordingly. Hope you might help. Take care
