What Causes Stomach Pain, Gas And Vaginal Bleeding?

Hi I have took about three test and they all said no I have been feeling something inside of me. I dont know if its gas or what but its been doing this off and on for a month now. my temp spikes up and down sometimes I feel like i have a fever. the movement is on both sides then yesterday my stomach started to hurt felt like cramps went to restroom and when i whiped it was light pink blood looked like if i was starting my period. it had a lil blood clot really little then the light blood went away after i wiped. should go get a blood test done? and if im not pregnant then what do i feel inside of me???

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of mixing type may not be due to any disease but it could be nonspecific, at the most it could be dyspepsia, irregular menses, may associates with stress, else this is nothing to worry, it can not be conception either, pregnancy can be done at the most, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
