What Causes Stomach Pain, Diarrhea And Excessive Sweating?
My boyfriend went to go to use the restroom and suddenly had severe stabbing stomach pain accompanied by excessive, very liquid diarrhea. He s also sweating profusely. More than I ve seen another human sweat. Onset of symptoms occurred very suddenly, in maybe a little over a minute. We ve both eaten the same things since about 6:00pm yesterday, so I don t think it s food poisoning, but I have no idea what this could be.

severe stomach pain and diarrhoea it may be simple gastroenteritis of any cause because the symptoms are sudden ,for this let him drink plenty of water mixed with ORS which wil help him in replacing the volume what he is loosing ,and forr pain abdomen let him use some antispasmodics that wil definitely help him to relieve the pain ,even after this, symptoms are not resolving then consider to go to a doctor ...
