What Causes Stomach Pain, Chest Tightness And Frequent Diarrhea?

I have been sick now almost two weeks a lot of stomach pain a little tightness in chest some back pain and constant diarrhea I ve been to my doctor she says infection stay hydrated let it run its course if it gets worse go to the hospital what do you think

Most cases of diarrhea are related to infection though there are other causes as well.
You may want to consider a stool sample to the lab to see if the source of infection can be identified if no improvement occurs.

If it lasts longer than 4 weeks, it is called chronic diarrhea and these other causes would need to be ruled out.
Other causes include: irritable bowel syndrome, food or lactose intolerance, high thyroid hormone levels, diabetes, crohns disease, ulcerative colitis, side effect of medication.
