Pain abdomen with pellet like stool is suggestive of constipation.Constipation is a risk factor for urinary infection.
Urine infection can also cause pain abdomen and chills.

My suggestion get a urine test done and to give plenty of water along with laxative to make the stool normal.
If urine test is suggestive of infection an antibiotic will be needed.

Regards
