General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Most likely your husband has Parkinsonism. In Parkinsonism, there is typically resting tremors, bradykinesia (sluggishness of movements), rigidity, and expressionless face. This is due to lack of a neurotransmitter called dopamine. Kindly consult a physician. He needs to be treated with Levodopa/Carbidopa tablets for long time. Otherwise his condition may worsen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sanjay Kini
