What Causes Stomach Cramps Even After Periods Were Stopped?

Ok well I had unprotected sex on the 25may and had a few stomach cramps on the following 5days maybe it was my gastritis acting up.
I got my periods on the 4th of june and ie ended on the 9th ...now the cramps are back...what could be wrong
