What Causes Stomach Cramps And Pain In Anus After Administering An Enema?

I just administered an enema at a home it was a disposable enema bottle with solution already mixed and filled. I was severely constipated and in serious pain. So I used the enema and wasn t able to get much down due to the extremity of my constipation I then ran directly to the toilet and relieved myself pretty hard for prolly 3 or 4 mins . Now about 30 mins later my stomach is cramping hard , my anes is hurting and I m feeling sick. Now when I try to relieve myself again it feels like i still have to pass but I can t get anything to come out and its semi painful . So I really don t know what to do at this point I have 3 quarters of my enema fulid left but I don t know wiether to use it or just wait or what to do so please I need helph

You are taking enema for constipation problem.
Enema may cause irritation so abdominal cramps and rectal pain may occurs.

You have to consent a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
If you have chronic constipation problem that may because of intestinal obstruction problem.
Lack of fiber and water intaking may cause this problem.

Lack of gastric motility cause constipation problem.
Abdominal sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.
