General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

First thing is to rule out acid reflux or gastritis. Upper endoscopy recommended together with abdominal ultrasound to determine the right diagnosis.

Next, as you're having a hard bump above your gum line, I recommend running culture and sensitivity testing of the oral and gum swab in order to rule out possible bacterial or candida infection.

Discuss this further with your primary physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
