What Causes Stomach Ailments In 11 Month Old?

Hello Doctor, My baby is 11 Months Old. He was suffering from dysentry 4 days back and blood came out with the stools then. Doctor gave Avomine for vomitting, Diovol, Cetel 125, Bacigyl N After 2 days motions stopped but vomitting started. So doctor gave Emeset and Bion Sachet in addition to the above. 1 day went fine. Now baby is suffering from loose motions. We kept him away from milk and milk products as suggested by doctor since 4 days. Please advise whats going wrong....

Pediatrician 's  Response
Dear friend loose motions and vomiting is commonest illness in infants... As a pediatrician detailed history and clinical examination is needed to decide further treatment of your patient... As stools were containing blood antibiotics and anti protozoal is certainly needed to be given... And oral rehydration therapy constitutes major part of treatment... So visit a pediatrician...
