What Causes Stomach Ache Before And After Passing Stools?

Since December I have had really bad stomach ache everyday. I took buscapan but it does not help. I thought it was my ibs playing up but its been going on for too long. The pain increases before and after I poo and the only thing that helps is a hot water bottle.

you are having spasmodic pain abdomen. it can be due to gastritis or cholitis.endoscopy and routine stool examination will help in diagnosis.refrain alcohol, avoid hot tea or cofee. take bland diet. take omiprazol after food. take course of metronedazole. you should improve with the treatment and precaution.
