What Causes Stomach Ache And Feeling Nauseous Every Time On Eating?
Ok, im a 13 year old girl and I have notice after every time I eat a meal I get a stomach ache and feel nauseous. Today I was at school and normally I do not eat lunch but today I was really hungary so I got lunch. When I got up stairs to class I felt so sick. I had a very bad stomach pain, so I went to the nurse but she wasn t there so I went to sleep for about half an hour and when my teacher woke me up to go to the nurse I stood up and stumbled and almost passed out... I don t know what this is or what to do please help.
Hello and welcome to health care magic. There can be several causes that can lead to nausea and abdominal discomfort on having food. The first thing that comes to mind is worm infestation in Intestine, which is common for girls of your age. Another thing to rule out is anemia. My advice is to visit a pediatrician or a physician and let him do some blood tests. The doctor will give albendazole tablets to kill the worms and iron tablets if needed. The nausea feeling can occur in girls during the onset of menarche as well. Hope this discussion will be helpful to you. Thank you.
