What Causes Stinging Sensation While Urinating?

I ve started to have minor stinging while and after urinating the last week. I ve never had the issue before. I decided to place pressure to see if the stinging continues, when I place increased pressure underneath my penis, I feel stinging around the hole of my penis. All of the stinging so far is in the same place

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the description, it appears that you could be having inflammation of urethra called 'urethritis'. However, it would be ideal to rule out urinary tract infection.
Kindly get the following tests done.
1. Urine routine examination.
2. Urine culture and sensitivity.
In case the report suggests that it is only an inflammation with no active infection, you can drink good quantities of fluids along with citrus fruit juices to overcome the problem.
In case the report indicates that you have an active infection, you need to take an appropriate course of oral antibiotics.
