Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that the mucosa in the area of inner part of upper lip is inflamed leading to Mucositis and is due to conditions like trauma, burning with hard foods or chemicals, lip bite etc..
If it start progressing it can also be due to Iron or Vitamin B12 deficiency..

As of now you can start applying numbing gel over the area to reduce soreness, you can also do cool compresses over the area, avoid hot and spicy food or concentrated solution of mouthwash..
Do cool water rinses or suck ice pops and take Vitamin B complex for a week..

In case if it still does not improve consult an oral physician and get evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
