What Causes Stinging Pain In The Legs While Treating Diabetic Neuropathy?

HELLO I HAVE DIABETIC NEUROPATHY. I'VE HAD IT FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS. I JUST STARTED TAKING GABAPENTIN FOR IT TWO WEEKS AGO. THE STINGING PAIN ON MY LEGS IS UNBEARABLE ESPECIALLY WHILE I'M AT WORK. I'VE TRIED TAKING IBUPROFEN TO HELP WITH IT BUT IT DOESN'T WORK. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN TAKE TO HELP ALLEVIATE THE PAIN?

i can understand your problem. I think gabapantin should be enough for you, but it takes some time to build up in your system. You did not mentioned the dose. you should consult your doctor for gradually increasing gabapentin dose if it does not relief your symptoms.
