Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. It may be possible that you got injury to your neck. Most probably it is muscular sprain. But fracture can be excluded by x ray of cervical spine Anteroposterior and lateral view. You need rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen. Muscle relaxant such as ibuprofen is helpful . Vitamin B and C is helpful in recovery. You can discuss with your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then don't hesitate to write to us.
