I sprained my left ankle about 2 months ago. Now my entire leg gets stiff and slightly numb and have noticed a lump underneath my skin, on the lower left side of my back. I have been wearing an ankle brace and have not been working for the past two weeks. It cleared up for a while and now is back?

This is a result of long term immobilization, get hot fomentation and physiotherapy. Stiffness will relieve with time.
