Hi thanks for contacting health care magic.... Here you can have acute bronchitis ....It could be viral infection.... In viral infection there can be back pain and stiffness as constitutional symptoms.... Treat it symptomatically... If inflammatory swelling of bronchitis is more then antihistaminic drug like benadryl needed.. Chest x ray useful for its detection.... If severity is more then short term steroid might needed... Respiratory examination esp.auscultation needed.... Steam inhalation helpful in relieving inflammation and ventilation if sinuses.... Prophylactic antibiotic needed..... If blocked nose present due to hypertrophied turbinate then oxymetazoline nasal drop used. Keeping my suggestion in mind consult physician.... Take care.... Dr.Parth
