What Causes Stained Discharge During Pregnancy?

hi im 7 weeks pregnant,i ve been getting bloodstained discharge 4 five days nw.....i bin 2 a doc n also hd ultrasound...d baby is alright acc 2 d ultrsound. its bin 2 days since ive bin 2 a doc n d doc has prescribed miprogen but m still getting stained discharge n m really worried....wat cud b causing it......it is normal?

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Bleeding or spotting in early pregnancy can be due to: threatened abortion, subchorionic haemorrhage or idiopathic( no cause is found).
If the ultrasound is normal, then the subchorionic haemorrhage and abortion are ruled out.
Miprogen is progesterone which is given to make the uterine environment more favourable For the fetus.
If the spotting is minimal, you need not worry as it will gradually stop.
