Hi,

Many times such pain follows the psychological trauma of removal of a body part(fallopian tube here)&pain can be just psychological.

But certain things need to be excluded before labeling it so. In case your pain is accompanied by fever or discharge from the vagina or wound that is abnormal, urinary problems. You should consult your doctor soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
