Could I have a bruised cervix? sex on Friday... Very light spotting from Sunday till Tuesday....... Now its Thursday and I m dealing with a lot of discomfort and period like cramps in lower abdomen...... No pain during urine, no file smell, no bleeding other than those two days earlier. Just a lotta discomfort and cramping. I m also ovulating. We had rough sex.

hi healthcare magic user, pain the abdomen and spotting can occur during ovulation period. But as you are saying that spotting and pain after intercourse is related to cervical lesion it could be erosion or premalignant condition you shouldn't neglect it.
if I would have been your doctor I would have done PAP test to rule out any malignancy. it is just a screening nothing to worry this is just to be on safer side.
